• Position: Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Albany, OR 97321
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 07/28/2026
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: Rotating weekends
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,920 - $3,080
• Setting: Labor & Delivery / Mother-Baby care
• Type: Travel RN assignment
• Float Expectation: May float between nearby points of care as needed

Job Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Experience with labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Healthcare Provider BLS required
• ACLS required
• NRP required
• NIHSS required
• Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred
• STABLE certification preferred
• Epic proficiency required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be comfortable traveling to multiple care locations using a personal automobile
• Flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to changing assignments

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered maternity nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Support newborn care immediately following delivery
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow unit standards
• Deliver compassionate education and support to patients and families
• Adapt to rotating weekend schedules and varying clinical needs
• Float between assigned care settings when required to support staffing needs
