• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 - $2,030
• No Call Required: Yes
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Block Scheduling: Not available
• Holiday Commitment: Travelers must work two of the three winter holidays

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience
• Acute care nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active Maryland RN license or compact RN license in hand at submission
• Current BLS certification
• NRP certification required
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (E-CFM) certification required
• Charting system experience required
• Strong background in antepartum, postpartum, newborn care, and couplet care

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, family-centered care for postpartum, newborn, and antepartum patients
• Support couplet care and complete newborn assessments in a busy Mother/Baby unit
• Assist with Labor & Delivery support as needed for LDRP coverage
• Deliver breastfeeding education, discharge teaching, and parent support
• Perform antepartum and postpartum cross-training duties as part of the nursing role
• Use fetal monitoring skills and strong bedside assessment techniques to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Contribute to a positive patient experience in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare setting
