• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,820 - $1,910
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Patient Ratio: 2:1

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Previous charge nurse experience required
• Experience with Cerner preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• License in hand at the time of submission
• Ability to complete compliance items within the required timeframe

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in a busy ICU environment
• Monitor and manage complex patient conditions using strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Support ventilated patients and advanced ICU therapies as needed
• Perform accurate assessments, documentation, and ongoing patient monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate safe, effective care
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status while maintaining a calm, confident approach
