Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
  • Strong assessment, triage, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-moving emergency care environment
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and provide reliable coverage

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions
  • Perform triage, assessments, and ongoing patient monitoring in the Emergency Department
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support timely interventions
  • Administer medications, treatments, and emergency nursing procedures as needed
  • Document care accurately and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Respond quickly and confidently to changing patient needs in a dynamic ED setting
