• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,840-$1,940

Job Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in psychiatric nursing or behavioral health nursing required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility, as applicable
• Ability to work consistent weekend day shifts and an additional weekday shift
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a behavioral health environment
• Commitment to professional, compassionate, and patient-focused care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a psychiatric and behavioral health setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, behaviors, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support individualized patient care plans
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and behavioral health needs
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
