Job Requirements

Active Colorado RN license or compact nursing license, if applicable
Minimum 1 year of current acute care PCU nursing experience
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current NIH Stroke Scale certification
Meditech experience preferred
Strong adaptability, teamwork, and a compassionate patient-care approach

Responsibilities

Provide skilled bedside nursing care for progressive care and step-down patients with acute and chronic medical needs
Monitor patient status closely and respond to changes in condition in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Deliver safe, high-quality patient care while supporting efficient unit flow and patient outcomes
Float to inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed
Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and the broader healthcare team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit policies and procedures
