Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided
• Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent Med/Surg RN experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult med/surg patients in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Complete patient assessments, monitor condition changes, and document care accurately
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members to support care plans
• Respond promptly to patient needs and support safe, effective overnight care
• Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate, attentive nursing practice
