Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Comfortable working in a float pool environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit priorities
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork
• Dependable availability for night shift coverage

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to care plans and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and efficiently
• Adapt to float pool assignments and support multiple critical care environments as needed
