Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Emergency Room nursing certification or equivalent clinical experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity, fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to complete required onboarding, background, and health documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a busy ER setting
• Administer medications, monitor patient condition, and respond to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established nursing protocols
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate
• Help ensure a safe, efficient, and supportive care environment for patients and staff
