• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Start Date: September 28, 2026

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required upon start
• Current ACLS certification required upon start
• Current PALS certification required upon start
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to rotating shift schedules
• Previous experience in acute care, ER nursing, or emergency medical care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in acuity
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently
• Prioritize care in a high-volume, fast-moving clinical setting
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Support quality patient outcomes in a travel nursing environment
