- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required upon start
- Current ACLS certification required upon start
- Current PALS certification required upon start
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Emergency Department
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to rotating shift schedules
- Previous experience in acute care, ER nursing, or emergency medical care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in acuity
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently
- Prioritize care in a high-volume, fast-moving clinical setting
- Deliver compassionate care while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Support quality patient outcomes in a travel nursing environment
