• Position: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (Cath Lab RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Job
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 14, 2026
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
• Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Call Requirements: 10 call shifts per month
• Weekend Coverage: On-call and call-back only on weekends
• Setting: High-acuity cardiac cath lab with interventional radiology and neuro cases
• Location: Lewiston, Idaho

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Interventional Radiology experience preferred
• Neuro and stroke experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work confidently in a high-acuity, fast-paced cardiac care environment
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to hit the ground running
• Comfort with hospital-issued scrubs and unit-specific workflow expectations

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing support in the cardiac cath lab during diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Assist with Interventional Radiology and neuro/stroke cases as needed
• Monitor patients closely in a 1:1 care environment
• Support procedures such as cardiac diagnostics, STEMI interventions, device implants, angiograms, runoff studies, AAA, and TCAR cases
• Collaborate with physicians and the procedural team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Respond appropriately to call requirements and urgent procedural needs
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a rural high-acuity lab setting
