Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to respond quickly in high-acuity situations
• Comfort working night shifts in a fast-paced intensive care unit
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and communicate promptly with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to support individualized care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time
