Job Details

- Role Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location: Fort Smith, AR, and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
- Hours Per Week: 40
- On-Call / Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month and one weekday every other week
- Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- Assignment Duration: 18 weeks
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; home health experience strongly preferred
- Associate degree required
- Professional certification required
- Experience with home health workflows and clinical documentation
- Ability to complete OASIS assessments accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently while supporting patients in the community
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled field nursing care to patients in their homes
- Complete OASIS assessments and maintain thorough clinical documentation
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across assigned coverage areas
- Coordinate with the care team to support safe transitions and continuity of care
- Manage daily visits efficiently while meeting productivity expectations
- Participate in rotating weekend and weekday coverage as scheduled
- Adapt to changing patient needs and maintain a professional, compassionate approach
