• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,370 - $2,500
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Schedule: Day/evening coverage with weekend rotation and on-call responsibilities
• Setting: Surgical Services / PACU

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• PACU RN certification or strong PACU experience required
• At least 2 years of experience working in one location
• At least 2 years of travel nursing experience
• Experience with basic aseptic technique and multispecialty patient care
• Ability to thrive in a busy surgical services and perioperative environment
• BSN and CNOR preferred
• Experience with Mako and DaVinci systems preferred

PACU RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality recovery care to post-anesthesia patients
• Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Support a patient population that may include pediatric, adult, and geriatric cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and patient safety standards
• Deliver attentive, compassionate care throughout the recovery process
• Participate in evening, weekend, and on-call coverage as scheduled
• Work efficiently in a high-volume surgical services setting
