• Position: Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment

• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Shift Needs: Any shift availability, including night shift coverage
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Location: Nantucket, MA 02554
• Setting: Medical/Surgical unit

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to medical/surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members to support patient recovery
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and on time
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Maintain a positive, professional presence on the unit
