Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department or ER setting
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt quickly in urgent care situations
• Strong assessment, prioritization, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and respond quickly to changing patient needs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to emergency department patients
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely, effective interventions
• Respond to urgent and emergent situations with confidence and professionalism
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe, organized work environment
