Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience required
• Previous Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity, fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical excellence

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions in the Emergency Room
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to provider orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely patient care
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition
• Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment for patients and families
