• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,700 - $2,840
• Location: Albany, NY 12208
• Call Commitment: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend per month

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiovascular nursing, interventional cardiology, or a related specialty
• Associate degree or completion of an approved cardiovascular training program, or graduation from an accredited allied health program
• Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a procedural, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities

• Support diagnostic and invasive cardiovascular procedures in a high-acuity cardiovascular lab setting
• Collect, document, and interpret clinical data to help establish accurate anatomical and physiological diagnoses
• Assist interventional cardiology and cardiovascular care teams during invasive, noninvasive, and peripheral vascular studies
• Maintain readiness for procedural workflow and provide excellent patient support throughout the care process
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled for this travel nursing assignment
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative cardiovascular care team
