• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,070 - $2,180

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience with basic ICU equipment and critical care drips preferred
• Comfort working night shifts in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Ability to float to the ED or Med/Surg when experienced and needed
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to ICU patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor, assess, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Manage ventilated patients, post-cath patients, sepsis, ARDS, DKA, CVA, and other critical diagnoses
• Administer and titrate critical care medications and drips per protocol
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapy, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation using the facility’s charting system
• Support a safe, patient-centered environment while working collaboratively with the care team
