Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a busy telemetry environment
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to telemetry patients in a cardiac/pulmonary unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with support staff to maintain efficient patient flow and quality care
• Manage patient assignments with typical ratios of 1:5-6
• Support a safe, organized, and patient-focused care environment
