Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience, preferably in the Emergency Department or ER
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency setting
• Ability to adapt quickly in a team-oriented healthcare environment
• Must meet assignment location and travel nurse eligibility requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in acuity
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and professional bedside manner
• Maintain readiness to handle emergent and high-pressure situations with confidence
