Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
- Current RN licensure in good standing
- TNCC certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, acute-care emergency setting
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to emergency department patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Perform rapid assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond to changes in status
- Support treatment of a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to deliver efficient, quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established emergency care protocols
- Assist with patient flow in an 8-bed emergency department serving approximately 30 patients per day
- Deliver compassionate care while maintaining safety, efficiency, and professionalism
