• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Current RN licensure in good standing
• TNCC certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, acute-care emergency setting
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency department patients in a fast-paced ER setting
• Perform rapid assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond to changes in status
• Support treatment of a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to deliver efficient, quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established emergency care protocols
• Assist with patient flow in an 8-bed emergency department serving approximately 30 patients per day
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining safety, efficiency, and professionalism
