Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including travel nurse experience
• Experience caring for ICU, SCU, or IMC patients in a critical care setting
• Strong clinical skills with vasoactive drips, ventilator management, and bedside monitoring
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment
• Proactive, dependable, and team-focused professional style
• Comfort working occasional float assignments to medical-surgical units

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and step-down patients
• Monitor and manage patients requiring ventilators, vasoactive drips, and continuous assessment
• Perform thorough patient assessments and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care team members
• Accurately document nursing care, interventions, and patient status in EPIC
• Support safe use of bedside equipment, including pumps, chest tubes, feeding tubes, and lifts
• Maintain a calm, professional presence while delivering exceptional patient care
