Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required; 2 years of ICU experience preferred
• Strong background in medical intensive care and/or neuro critical care preferred
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current NIHSS certification
• Ability to provide safe, confident care in a fast-paced critical care setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes using strong clinical judgment
• Manage care for patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, ESRD, AKI, and post-cardiac arrest recovery
• Support patients requiring advanced therapies including CRRT/CVVH
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, effective treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ICU standards of care
• Adapt to floating assignments within related critical care and intermediate care areas when needed
