• Shift: 10-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,330 - $2,460
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Schedule Notes: No weekends, no major holidays, and no on-call required
• Floating: Must be willing to float between the Surgery Center and Main OR based on volume

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license and current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Circulating experience required; scrub experience strongly preferred
• CNOR certification preferred
• CST National Certification preferred
• Experience with ambulatory surgical cases preferred, including sports medicine, ENT, GYN, GU, ophthalmology, plastics, general surgery, oral surgery, and minor vascular procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced perioperative environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
• Circulate for surgical procedures and assist with sterile field management
• Support scrub duties as needed and collaborate closely with the surgical team
• Adapt to variable case volume and float between the Surgery Center and Main OR
• Deliver efficient, patient-focused care while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Contribute to a smooth, organized workflow across surgical services
