Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of ICU or critical care RN experience required
• Active RN license in good standing
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience caring for medically complex adult patients preferred
• Comfort working in a high-acuity hospital environment with variable patient needs
• Ability to work nights and scheduled weekends
• EPIC experience is welcomed, though not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients with complex medical and surgical needs
• Monitor and assess patients recovering from cardiac, post-angioplasty, diabetic ketoacidosis, sepsis, and abdominal surgery cases
• Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients with a mix of critical diagnoses, including COVID-positive cases
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions in a dynamic critical care setting
