- Setting: NICU IV / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600

Job Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year of NICU nursing experience required; 5 years preferred
- NRP certification required
- STABLE certification required
- Experience caring for critically ill neonates in a high-acuity NICU setting
- Ability to work nights, including every other weekend and every other holiday
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to newborns in a NICU IV environment
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and support IV therapies according to established protocols
- Assist with neonatal stabilization, including support for infants requiring specialized care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver safe, effective care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
- Educate and support families with empathy during a challenging time
