• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Shift Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 06:45 - 15:15
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call / Coverage: Night and weekend call rotation; approximately 1-2 days per week on a rotating schedule
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks
• Orientation: Provided at the start of assignment

Job Requirements

• Active Tennessee RN license or compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• 1 year of circulator experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic experience within the last 12 months required and must be clearly documented
• Must pass Epic competency exam
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS preferred
• PACU experience preferred
• Strong familiarity with Allscripts charting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical services environment with a variety of procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in the Operating Room
• Circulate a wide range of surgical cases, including orthopedic, vascular, gynecologic, urologic, and general surgery procedures
• Support advanced procedures such as THA/TKA with robotic assistance, hysterectomy, prostatectomy, and AAA repair
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team to ensure smooth case flow
• Maintain sterile technique, procedural readiness, and strong attention to detail throughout each case
• Participate in night and weekend call coverage as scheduled
• Accurately document care and maintain compliance with unit protocols and safety standards
• Deliver compassionate care to adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
