Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to provide safe, patient-centered bedside care
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients
- Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and respond to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support optimal outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough clinical records
