Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• STABLE certification
• At least 1 year of NICU nursing experience required
• Comfort working in a fast-paced neonatal critical care setting
• Ability to adapt to rotating weekends, holidays, and floating to comparable high-need areas

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to evolving clinical needs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, compassionate care
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record systems
• Support family-centered care and communicate clearly with families throughout the care process
• Maintain compliance with unit standards, safety practices, and assigned schedule requirements
• Float to comparable areas of high need when required
