• Shift: 8-hour days
• Schedule: 3 days per week at a surgical center and 2 rotating days/evenings at a hospital Operating Room
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,000 - $3,160
• Location: Beverly, MA 01915 — a welcoming coastal community with easy access to beaches, dining, and the greater Boston area
• Setting: Operating Room / Surgical Services

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Strong experience with orthopedic procedures and cataract cases
• EPIC experience required
• Ability to scrub DaVinci robotics cases
• Robust orthopedic experience; spine experience is a plus
• Previous travel nurse experience preferred
• Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes if assigned
• Flu vaccine required prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
• Scrub and circulate a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, GYN, orthopedics, GU, ENT, vascular, robotics, and spine
• Support orthopedic and cataract surgeries with confidence and efficiency
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative team members to ensure smooth case flow
• Use EPIC for documentation and workflow coordination
• Assist with call coverage as needed, including weekday nights or weekend shifts
• Float to other surgical areas if needed
• Maintain a patient-focused, team-oriented approach in a busy surgical environment
