Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and CPR certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of related acute care or ICU nursing experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity critical care environment
• Comfort working 12-hour night shifts and rotating weekend coverage as scheduled
• Must be eligible for assignment in the Boston area

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor patient condition closely and respond promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support treatment plans
• Administer medications and therapies safely and accurately according to care protocols
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress clearly and thoroughly
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused critical care environment
• Support families with professional and compassionate communication when appropriate
