Travel Labor & Delivery RN job in Cambridge, Massachusetts: join a collaborative obstetrics and maternity care team supporting mothers and babies just outside Boston. This 13-week travel nursing assignment offers a rotating schedule, strong interdisciplinary support, and the chance to make an impact in a high-quality, patient-centered Labor & Delivery unit.

- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts, every other weekend
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700-$2,840
- Start Date: September 7, 2026
Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- 2+ years of Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, or related women’s health nursing experience required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Fetal monitoring certification and NRP required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Travel nursing experience is a plus
- Must have been separated from the health system for 6+ months to be considered
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Support admissions, assessments, labor support, and recovery care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic EMR system
- Contribute to a supportive unit culture focused on patient safety and excellent outcomes
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage as scheduled
