Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Cambridge, MA

Travel Labor & Delivery RN job in Cambridge, Massachusetts: join a collaborative obstetrics and maternity care team supporting mothers and babies just outside Boston. This 13-week travel nursing assignment offers a rotating schedule, strong interdisciplinary support, and the chance to make an impact in a high-quality, patient-centered Labor & Delivery unit.

  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700-$2,840

Job Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • 2+ years of Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, or related women’s health nursing experience required
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • Fetal monitoring certification and NRP required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Travel nursing experience is a plus
  • Must have been separated from the health system for 6+ months to be considered

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
  • Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
  • Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Support admissions, assessments, labor support, and recovery care as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic EMR system
  • Contribute to a supportive unit culture focused on patient safety and excellent outcomes
  • Participate in rotating weekend coverage as scheduled
