• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,280–$2,410
• Location: Everett, MA 02149 — a lively, centrally located community just north of Boston with convenient access to city amenities, dining, and local attractions
• Schedule Notes: Rotating weekends and every other major holiday required; no block scheduling
• Floating: Yes, if needed

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
• Previous travel nurse experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Current AHA BLS certification
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, including identifying rhythms every 4 hours
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is a plus
• Up-to-date resume, two recent manager/supervisor references, skills checklist, and required license verification documentation
• RTO must be submitted at the time of application

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Complete comprehensive assessments, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and communicate concerns promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical standards
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective patient care
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EPIC
• Adapt to a rotating schedule and assist with floating as needed
• Support a positive patient experience while maintaining strong clinical, communication, and teamwork standards
