• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Schedule: Variable call schedule; every other weekend and holidays in rotation
• Setting: Cardiovascular surgery operating room with complex surgical support

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and current RN credentials
• Minimum of 5 years of CVOR experience required
• Main OR experience and willingness to float to the main operating room
• Strong experience with CABG and valve replacement procedures
• Thoracic surgery and vascular surgery experience preferred
• Scrub experience preferred for perioperative support
• Meditech experience preferred
• Flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a busy surgical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled circulating RN support in the cardiovascular operating room
• Assist with high-acuity cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery procedures
• Support CABG and valve replacement cases with a focus on safe, efficient patient care
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists throughout the perioperative workflow
• Float to the main OR as needed to support patient care and operational needs
• Contribute to a positive, flexible, and team-centered unit culture
