• Schedule: Every other weekend; 3x12 rotating day/night shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Postpartum nursing experience required; at least 1 year of postpartum or maternal-newborn nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in maternal/newborn care and bedside patient assessment
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
• Must meet facility onboarding, credentialing, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns
• Monitor maternal recovery, vital signs, fundal checks, bleeding, and postpartum assessments
• Support patient education on recovery, newborn care, feeding, safety, and discharge readiness
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and respond promptly to patient needs
• Promote a safe, supportive, family-centered healing environment
