Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Operating Room RN hospital experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Experience with DaVinci Robotics preferred
• Orthopedic, neurology, and vascular experience highly preferred
• Prior experience with Meditech preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Support a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopedics, GYN, general surgery, urology, cardiothoracic, vascular, plastics, dental, eye, pediatrics, spine, neuro, trauma, TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci cases
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Maintain patient safety, surgical readiness, and thorough clinical documentation
• Adapt to a busy surgical environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Participate in call coverage, including late nights, rotating Saturdays, and monthly weekend call
