Join a collaborative outpatient care team in Portland, Oregon, where you’ll support complex digestive health and foregut surgery patients in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. • Shift: Day shift, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient, ambulatory care, or clinic-based setting
• Prior Epic charting experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• BSN preferred
• Travel nursing experience required
• Strong background in care coordination, triage, and patient education
• Experience in a GI clinic or general surgery support setting is highly valued
• Ability to provide complete work history and required compliance documentation prior to start

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for foregut and digestive health patients in the outpatient setting
• Perform nursing assessment, triage, and medication management support
• Assist with patient scheduling, chart review, and follow-up coordination
• Monitor diagnostic results and communicate updates to the care team as needed
• Support patient education, teaching, and ongoing clinical guidance
• Use established protocols to help streamline care processes and improve the patient experience
• Participate in quality review activities and collaborative team workflows
• Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and schedulers in a team-focused environment
