Job Details

• Position: Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse
• Location: Boston, Massachusetts 02115
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910-$2,010
• Openings: 5
• Schedule Notes: Flexibility required, including every other weekend and every other holiday availability

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient assessment skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Current resume and professional references
• Ability to complete required onboarding and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients
• Float throughout medicine units based on patient care needs
• Perform patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and communicate findings to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures
