• Shift: 8-hour days, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
• Call Coverage: 2 weekend call shifts plus additional weekly call coverage equivalent to one 11:00 PM - 7:45 PM shift

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of operating room, perioperative, or surgical nursing experience
• Ability to scrub and circulate in the operating room
• DaVinci XI robotic surgery experience required
• Experience with posterior eye and eye trauma cases
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical setting
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical procedure
• Scrub and circulate for a variety of cases, including general surgery, colorectal, gynecology, urology, breast, plastics, uro-gyn, and robotics
• Support eye procedures, including posterior eye and trauma cases, when assigned
• Assist with robotic surgery using the DaVinci XI platform
• Float between OR areas as needed based on patient flow and staffing needs
• Participate in call coverage and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team
• Maintain a patient-focused, organized, and professional presence in every case
