• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Shifts Per Week: 3 shifts per week
• Weekly Hours: 36-48 hours per week as scheduled
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010
• Schedule Note: Every other weekend coverage may be required

Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam; only two attempts permitted
• RTO must be disclosed at the time of submission

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult med/surg patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and communicate updates to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to support positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with unit procedures
• Respond to changing patient needs in a fast-paced hospital environment
