Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required; Med/Surg Telemetry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and telemetry monitoring skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process
- Assess patients on admission, including history, vital signs, labs, imaging, and other diagnostic results
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the physician team
- Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Deliver safe, high-quality care to adult med-surg, telemetry cardiac, and PCU patients
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly
- Support a collaborative care environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
