• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of nursing experience required; Med/Surg Telemetry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and telemetry monitoring skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process
• Assess patients on admission, including history, vital signs, labs, imaging, and other diagnostic results
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the physician team
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Deliver safe, high-quality care to adult med-surg, telemetry cardiac, and PCU patients
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Support a collaborative care environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
