Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab, CVOR, or procedural nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Pre-op and post-op experience preferred
• Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program required
• Ability to work one night of call per week and every 4th weekend
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a busy cardiovascular procedural setting
• Assist with EP, vascular angiogram, and selected interventional radiology cases
• Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure nursing care for adult and geriatric patients
• Monitor patients closely during procedures and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with advanced equipment and technologies, including Impella, IABP, temporary pacers, IVUS, and FFR systems
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in call coverage and remain prepared for urgent cardiac cases
