Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,040 - $2,150
• Charting: Cerner preferred
• Float: May float to Pediatrics and Nursery as needed

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of NICU experience required; 3 years preferred
• Previous travel nurse experience required
• Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certification
• Experience with Cerner preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity neonatal care setting
• RTO must be submitted with application

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to neonates in a busy Level III NICU
• Monitor and support infants with complex respiratory, developmental, and medical needs
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff on specialized interventions
• Manage IVs, central lines, feeding support, phototherapy, thermoregulation, and ventilator-related care
• Support family education and promote developmental and breastfeeding care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner and work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
