RN Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recent med/surg telemetry experience required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification preferred/required per unit expectations
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
• Required compliance items must be completed and active at time of submission
• Ability to successfully complete orientation assessments as required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult med/surg telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient safety
• Adapt to a night-shift workflow while delivering reliable, compassionate care
