• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360 - $2,480
• Location: Edenton, NC 27932

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Intermediate fetal monitoring preferred
• Ability to work within an 80-mile travel radius requirement

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care to mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery unit
• Monitor labor progression and support patients throughout the delivery process
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Respond effectively to changing patient conditions and evolving clinical priorities
• Document nursing care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Support fetal monitoring and recognize changes that may require clinical escalation
• Maintain a professional, calm presence in a dynamic acute care environment
