Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730 to $1,820 per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Start Date: September 7, 2026
• Location: Kingwood, TX 77339
• Floating: Antepartum Unit
• Weekend Commitment: 4 weekend shifts per scheduling period
• Setting: High-acuity Labor & Delivery unit with antepartum, labor, and PACU support

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 complete years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
• NRP certification from the AAP
• Experience with magnesium sulfate drip management and oxytocin management
• Experience with insulin drip management preferred
• Flexible, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring, antepartum, and postpartum patients
• Monitor fetal and maternal status using appropriate clinical protocols and equipment
• Assist with sterile vaginal exams, FSE/IUPC placement, NSTs, and oxytocin induction or augmentation
• Manage magnesium sulfate therapy for preeclampsia and fetal neuroprotection
• Titrate insulin drips when indicated and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
• Circulate cesarean sections and support operative obstetric procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit policies, attendance standards, and scheduling commitments
• Deliver high-quality patient care while contributing to a positive, team-oriented unit culture
