Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent acute care Med/Surg nursing experience; 1–2 years preferred
• Required certifications completed prior to start
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to float within the assigned radius as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Medical/Surgical patients in an acute care hospital environment
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to evolving needs
• Administer medications and support individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
