• Weekends: Rotating weekends

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department, ER, or comparable acute care nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• Meditech experience preferred
• Trauma nursing experience preferred
• Holding or inpatient experience preferred
• CPI training preferred
• Strong multitasking skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a self-starter mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency, trauma, and critically ill patients in a fast-paced ED setting
• Perform and assist with splinting, EKGs, central monitoring, and resuscitation support
• Support trauma care, central line management, airway support, and rapid infuser use as needed
• Deliver behavioral health de-escalation and patient-centered care in high-stress situations
• Collaborate with physicians, ER techs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and follow established unit policies and procedures
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
