• Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Compact RN license must be in hand at submission
• At least 1 year of RN experience required
• Charge nurse experience and strong emergency room (ER) experience required
• Previous supervisory or house supervisor experience preferred
• Current BLS, PALS, and ALS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience in acute care, code management, rapid response, and patient flow coordination
• Ability to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays in the assignment schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing operations in a House Supervisor RN capacity
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, bed flow, and staffing support across units
• Serve as a clinical resource for charge nurse and ER workflows
• Support rapid response, code management, and escalation decisions
• Promote safe, organized patient care in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment
• Monitor compliance with facility policies, infection control, and workplace safety standards
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to maintain smooth operations
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities if needed
